President
& CEO: Ronald E. English
Mr.
English has held numerous leadership positions in the
IT Professional Services industry over the past 25+
years. He co-founded and served as CEO of iX Technology,
a venture funded provider of B2B marketplace/exchange
software. He was President of the $400+ million
IT Division of Kforce and a member of the executive
team that led the merger and integration of Romac International
with Source Services to form Kforce.
Previous roles include President & CEO of ARI
acquired by Renaissance Worldwide,
President of MDTSC, a wholly owned
services subsidiary of
McDonnell Douglas acquired by
Boeing, and nine years with
McDonnell Douglas' Automation
Company now part of EDS.
Mr. English earned a Masters
degree in Business
Administration while working for
NASA and holds a BS in Computer
Science from The University of
Georgia.

Board
Of Directors, Chairman: Edward N. Myers
Mr.
Myers background encompasses over 40 years
in information technology. Previously,
Mr. Myers was Vice President of Operations for Metro
Information Services, a publicly traded IT consulting
company with annual revenues of over $300 million.
He was responsible for the Western US, overseeing seven
offices.
For
fourteen years, Mr. Myers was CEO and President of
D. P. Specialists, Inc., a California based IT consulting firm he
founded in 1986 and sold to Metro Information Services
in 1999. During that time he also founded D. P. Specialists
of Colorado, Inc., which he sold to Romac International
in 1997.
